Transferring Lifetime Subscriptions Between Projects

When managing multiple projects in Customerly, you may wonder if it's possible to transfer a lifetime subscription from one project to another. Unfortunately, lifetime deals (LTD) are not transferable or editable. Once a lifetime subscription is associated with a specific project, it cannot be moved to another project.
If you decide to change or delete the project that holds the lifetime subscription, you will irreversibly lose all the benefits associated with that subscription. There is no way to restore the status or benefits once they are lost.
If you require a different subscription for another project, you will need to subscribe to that plan separately. Your lifetime subscription will remain with the original project as initially set up.
