If you are experiencing a problem where the email or name field occasionally shows the email of the person viewing the ticket, it may be due to the LastPass autofill extension.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Disable the autofill feature in LastPass by going to the advanced preferences.
Make sure to avoid clicking on the dropdown menu that appears when you hover over the person's name, as it triggers the autofill.
We have also added an additional safeguard to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. You can now use the 'Copy to Clipboard' button instead of relying on autofill.
