Your project time zones are extremely important for you to set up since they are responsible for:

Note: campaigns, surveys, chat triggers, and workflows adjust to your location time (IP address) which is the most natural behavior.
How do I set up my project time zone?
Click on the Settings button on the left sidebar.
Go to the "Project settings" under "Project & Team".
Click on the "Timezone" button and select yours from the drop-down menu or search for it.
Click on "Save changes" in the top right corner.
Set up your business hour to let your customers know your availability.
Upload your logo to your new live chat to be recognizable.
