How to hide Customerly branding
Customerly branding appears in several locations, including the live chat, email campaign footers, the help center, and the ops page. If you prefer a cleaner, more professional look, you can easily remove it from your project in just a few steps.
Where does Customerly branding appear?
Customerly branding is visible in the following places:
• Live chat widget: Displays the message “We run on Customerly”.
• Email campaigns: A footer message indicates that the email was sent using Customerly.
• Help center: The footer includes Customerly branding.
• NPS Vote page: Branding is also displayed in the footer.
If you’d like to create a fully white-labeled experience, you can remove this branding easily.
How to hide Customerly branding
Follow these simple steps to remove Customerly branding from your project:
1. Click on the Settings button in the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to General Settings under Project & Team.
3. Find the Customerly Branding option.
4. Toggle the switch to the right to disable branding.
5. Click Save Changes in the top right corner.
Once these steps are completed, the Customerly branding will no longer appear in your live chat, emails, help center, or ops page. You can verify the changes by checking your live chat widget.
