How to add a hyperlink to your Help Center article

If you want a URL (a link) to be activated by clicking on a certain word or sentence, you can set it up very easily in the editor.

How do I insert a link into my article?

• Go to your Help Center

• Open an article

• Highlight a sentence you would like to insert the link into

  

• You will see the image icon was replaced with the URL icon. Click on the URL icon

  

• Insert a link to the "Link" field

• Click "Save Link"

• The link was added
