How do I create a group?

Before creating a group, you’ll need an existing collection.

  1. Go to your Help Center.

  2. Find the collection where you want to create a group.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the collection name.

  4. Select Create Group.

How do I manage a group?

Each group has its own menu, accessible by clicking the three dots (⋮) next to the group name.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Rename – Change the group’s name.

  • Add New Article – Create an article directly inside the group.

  • Move to Another Collection – Transfer the group to a different collection.

    • ⚡ If the group contains articles, all articles will move with it.

  • Delete – Remove the group.

  • Preview – See how the group looks in your Help Center.

  • Copy Link – Copy the direct link to the group to share with others.
