Can I get a refund?
Understanding Customerly's refund policy is crucial, especially regarding auto-renewal subscriptions and non-refundable terms. This article outlines the conditions under which refunds are not issued.
When you subscribe to Customerly services, it's important to be aware of the terms and conditions related to refunds, especially in the context of subscription renewals.
Here's a detailed explanation to help you understand when a refund may not be possible:
1. Subscription Terms and Renewals:
Customerly offers Subscription Plans that are billed in advance for the entire Subscription Term.
These plans automatically renew for an equivalent renewal term at the end of the current Subscription Term, unless you explicitly choose not to renew.
To opt out of automatic renewal, you must visit your billing page here.
2. Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees paid, including for On-demand interactions, are non-cancellable and non-refundable during a Subscription Term.
This policy applies irrespective of the duration of the term you have chosen.
3. Billing Process:
Fees are billed in US Dollars and charged to the credit card on file.
You authorize Customerly (or its billing agent) to charge your credit card until the termination of the Application Services as per the agreed terms.
In case of non-payment by the card issuer, you are responsible for paying all due amounts upon demand.
4. Payment Information:
It is essential to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information to avoid any service disruptions.
Customerly is not responsible for any banking or financial institution transaction fees or charges, which fall under your responsibility.
5. Subscription Options:
You can choose between monthly or yearly subscription terms.
Billing commences after the 14-day free trial period and is scheduled based on the type of subscription you select (monthly or yearly).
6. Refund Limitations:
Given the terms of service, refunds are not typically issued for subscription fees.
It’s crucial to consider these terms before and during your subscription to avoid unexpected charges, especially in the context of automatic renewals.
Understanding these terms helps in managing your subscription effectively and avoiding surprises related to billing and renewals. If you have more questions or need assistance with your subscription, feel free to reach out to Customerly’s support team.
