Do you want to send personalized emails to your customers? With Customerly, you can easily achieve this by using properties in your email templates.
Properties allow you to dynamically insert contact properties into your emails, making them more personalized and engaging.

When composing an email, you can find the Merge Tags option along with the text editors. It looks like this:
Step 2: Adding Properties
To add a property, simply use the property ID between double curly brackets. For example, if you have a property called 'EMAIL LEADS COUNTS' with the ID 'leads_count', you can insert it in your email like this: {{leads_count}}.
Find your Property details and ID under your Project Settings > Audience > People Properties.
Step 3: Personalize Your Emails
Now, you can personalize your emails by including contact properties.
For instance, if you want to congratulate your customers on getting 543 leads, you can write something like: 'Congratulations on getting {{leads_count}} leads!'
By using variables, you can create more meaningful and relevant emails that resonate with your customers.
