Customerly offers a variety of support channels to help you communicate with your customers. Here are the channels that we currently support:
Live chat: Engage with your customers in real-time through our live chat feature.
Help Center: Provide self-service options for your customers with our comprehensive help center.
Email forwarding: Receive and manage support tickets through email.
Facebook Messenger: Connect your Facebook page to Customerly and centralize your support tickets.
Mobile SDK Chat: Integrate Customerly's chat functionality into your Android or iOS mobile apps using our SDKs.
Please note that we do not currently support channels such as Whatsapp and Telegram. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions. If you would like to see these integrations in the future, please upvote the related idea on our roadmap at https://roadmap.customerly.io/customerly.
