How to search for conversations and contacts in your inbox

You can search for conversations or contacts in your inbox. It is useful to find conversations with the same keywords, and context or simply find the contacts in a second and send a new chat message to them.

How can I search for conversations and contacts?

• Go to your inbox.

• Click on the magnifying glass.

  

• Click on the button and select if you want to search for contacts or conversations.

  

• To search for conversations, start typing a keyword or a sentence in a search field. You will have all the conversations shown that consist of the typed keywords.

  

• To search for a contact, type in a name or email address of a contact in a search field.

  

• From here, you can send a message to your contact.
