Unsubscribe individually from multiple email lists
Currently, Customerly does not support multiple unsubscribe options for different email categories. However, users can suggest this feature for future development on the Customerly roadmap.
At the moment, Customerly does not offer the ability to manage multiple email lists with individual unsubscribe preferences. This means that if a user unsubscribes, it applies to all emails rather than specific categories such as marketing releases, press releases, blog posts, or account updates.
