From the Appearance settings, you can adjust colors, logos, page layouts, and more.
Accessing the Appearance Settings
Go to your Project Settings.
In the left-hand menu, select Help Center → Appearance.
You’ll see all the sections available for customization:

Branding
In the Branding section, you can set the visual identity of your Help Center.
Buttons Color – Select the color for all primary buttons.
Body Background Color – Choose your page background color.
Text Color – Define the color for general text content.
Collections Style – Decide how your article collections are displayed:
Grid View (new feature)
List View
Favicon – Upload a favicon (recommended size: 512x512px, max 500 KB).
Social Preview – Upload the preview image displayed when sharing Help Center links on social media (recommended size: 1200x630px, max 2 MB).

Hero
The Hero section lets you design the top area of your Help Center.
Header Logo – Upload your main logo (recommended size: 900x180px, max 2 MB).
Mobile Menu Logo – Upload a logo specifically for mobile navigation.
Hero Design Style:
Classic – A flat background in your brand color.
Floating – A sticky, floating header for easy navigation.
Gradient – A smooth gradient background for a modern look.
Header Color – Background color for your header.
Hero Text Color – Text color in the hero section.
Links Color – Color for links in the hero.

Footer
Customize the bottom area of your Help Center in the Footer section.
Footer Logo – Upload your footer logo (recommended size: 900x180px, max 2 MB).
Background Color – Set the footer’s background color.
Text Color – Define the footer text color.

Article Page
Adjust how articles are displayed and interacted with.
Show Table of Contents – Display a clickable list of headings for easy navigation.
Measure Article Helpfulness – Let readers rate articles using emoji reactions.
Gather Written Feedback – Collect detailed written feedback from readers.
Show Related Articles – Suggest relevant content to keep readers engaged (related articles are set when editing an article).

Contact Page
Add a dedicated contact page to your Help Center.
Title – Customize the page title.
Description – Add a short description to guide users (e.g., “If you need any help, contact us here”).
All messages from this page are sent directly to your Customerly Inbox.

Chat with Us Page
Create a page where visitors can start a live chat with your team.
Title – Customize the page title.
Description – Add a description to explain how visitors can use the chat.

Once you’ve made all your changes, click Save and Publish to make them live.
