If you want to change the appearance of your live chat, it's easy to achieve in the "Messenger" settings.
What elements of the live chat can I customize and how do I do it?
Go to the Project Settings on the left sidebar. And click on "Appearance" under "Messenger".
To change the color of the live chat, click on the "Messenger color" button and select the color that fits best your brand.
Select a default position on the live chat. Choose if it will be positioned on the left or right.
Choose the icon style.
If you want to hide Customerly branding, switch a toggle to the right.
Save changes in the top right corner.
