How to invite teammates to your project in Customerly
In this article, we will talk about how to invite your teammates to the project in Customerly to start collaborating
In Customerly you can invite teammates to your project to start supporting customers through the live chat software, launch marketing automation, or work on your documentation in the help center together. No matter what your intentions are, inviting a team member to your project is easy and requires just a few clicks.
How do I invite teammates to my project?
Go to the project settings on the left sidebar.
Go to the "Project & Team" and click on "Teammates".
Once you are there, click on the "Invite new teammates" button.
Type in the email address of your teammate and decide if you want to give them full access by checking out the box. You can manage their access later in the settings as well.
Note: you can invite multiple teammates to the project at once. Once you typed in the first email, anot
her email field will appear for you to add another teammate.
Once you are ready to invite a teammate, click on the "Invite teammates" button.
All pending invitations will appear at the bottom of the page. You can copy the invitation link.
You can send the invitation link to your teammate directly by clicking on the button as shown in the screenshot below.
You can revoke your invitation.
Once you added your teammates, it's time to start assigning conversations to them and adding them to teams.
