If you want to prevent users from reopening closed chats, you can activate the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feature in Customerly.
Once activated, this feature allows users to leave feedback at the end of each conversation.
Once the conversation is closed and feedback is left, the user will no longer be able to reopen that specific chat.
This encourages users to start a new conversation if they need further assistance or have new questions.
