Learn how to import a contact list

If you want to import a list of your contacts into your Customerly account you have got multiple ways to do it.

Let's explore which are the most common ways to import your lists in Customerly.

You can import/create contacts with:

• Manually Import with CSV and XLS file

• REST API

• JavaScript API

• Zapier

• WP Fusion

• Single manual import

Import a contact List with CSV or XLS

• Go to the Audience Imports page in your project settings

• Click on "Import" at the top right.

Then match imported columns with properties.

We have the properties that you need to match for them to work.

For example, for the first name, we select "name" property, for the email address we select "email" property, for the last name we need to create a new property because this is not a default property on Customerly, select "Create new property" and type "last_name".
