My Revolut code isn't being accepted — why? The code may have been entered incorrectly, may have expired, or may not be associated with your Revolut Business account. Check that you've copied it correctly, without extra spaces, and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customerly support with the error message you received.

I've already used this code before — can I use it again? No, each code can only be redeemed once. If you try to reuse a code that's already been redeemed, you'll see a message letting you know the voucher has already been used. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support.

I already have a paid subscription on Customerly — can I still redeem the Revolut code? Yes. Having an existing paid subscription doesn't prevent you from redeeming the code, as long as it isn't already linked to a different Revolut benefit (see the question below). The system will calculate the difference between your current plan and the one tied to the code, and apply it as an upgrade or downgrade — you don't need to cancel your current subscription first.

My account is already activated with a Revolut code — can I redeem a second one? No. Once your account has been activated with a Revolut benefit, you can't apply a second Revolut code to the same account. The system detects this and blocks the duplicate activation. If you need to change plans, use the upgrade/downgrade flow described above instead of trying to redeem a new code.

I redeemed a code and then changed my mind about the plan — can I use the same code again on a different project? No. A code is "burned" (marked as used) as soon as you confirm the plan during redemption, and it can't be applied again — either to the same project or to a different one. If you want a different plan, use the upgrade/downgrade flow instead of trying to reuse the code.

I accidentally submitted the code twice — will anything bad happen? No. If you submit the same code more than once, the system recognizes that it's already been applied and won't duplicate the activation or generate errors on your account.

I'm already using Customerly with my own account — will I lose my data if I redeem the Revolut code? No. When you redeem the code on your existing account, all your data, configurations, environments, and automations remain exactly as you left them. The code simply activates the benefit on the plan you choose, on the same account.

Can I switch from Core to Ultimate (or vice versa) after redeeming the code? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, keeping the same account and the Revolut discount applied proportionally to the new plan.

If I cancel my subscription, do I lose my data and the Revolut benefit for good? No. Cancelling stops the active subscription and moves your project into a paused state, but it doesn't delete anything. If you reactivate a subscription later, your data, configurations, and environments will still be there.

Do I need to enter a credit card to redeem the code? No, the redemption process alone doesn't require any payment method. You'll only be asked for one if you choose to purchase a paid add-on or upgrade in addition to the benefit.

What happens if a payment on my account is past due? If a payment fails and stays unpaid, you'll be prompted to take action from your billing page, typically by choosing a plan (including switching plans) to bring your subscription back up to date. Your project and data aren't deleted while this is being resolved — please note that any on-demand usage charges must be settled before you can make further changes, while renewal-related issues can usually be resolved by simply choosing a plan.

My account shows as "premium" but I don't have an active subscription — what does that mean? This is an inconsistent account state, which can occasionally occur due to technical edge cases. Contact Customerly support and flag this issue — we'll check and correct your account status as soon as possible.

Do I need to use a specific Revolut Business card to complete an add-on purchase? For some additional purchases linked to the Revolut program, you may be required to use a Revolut Business card linked to your account. If payment with another method is declined, make sure you're using the card linked to your Revolut Business account.
