If you're a Revolut Business customer, you've received an exclusive discount code to use on Customerly, valid on the Core and Ultimate plans. This guide walks you through how to redeem it, what to expect in different scenarios (new user, existing customer, upgrade/downgrade, cancellation), and how to resolve the most common errors.

Who can use this code

The Revolut discount code is reserved for eligible Revolut Business account holders. You can redeem it whether you:

  • have never had a Customerly account,

  • already have a Customerly account with no project or subscription attached to it,

  • already have a Customerly account on a free trial,

  • already have a paid Customerly subscription (even one not linked to Revolut),

  • were a Customerly customer in the past and your subscription has expired or been cancelled.

In all of these cases, you won't need to create a new account from scratch: your existing account will be recognized and the benefit will be applied directly to it.

How to redeem the code: step by step

1. If you're not logged in

If you try to redeem the code without being logged in, you'll be automatically redirected to the login (or sign-up) page.

  • If the email you enter isn't associated with any existing account, you'll be able to create a new one.

  • If the email you enter already belongs to a registered account, you'll be required to log in with that account instead of creating a new one. This prevents duplicate accounts and makes sure the benefit is applied to your existing account.

Once you've logged in, you'll be brought back to the redemption flow to complete the process, with the code already pre-filled.

2. If you're a new user with no active subscription

  1. Log in or create a Customerly account.

  2. Enter the Revolut discount code on the redemption page.

  3. Select the plan you want (Core or Ultimate).

  4. Confirm: the plan will be activated immediately with the discount applied, without any payment method being requested, unless you choose to purchase an additional add-on or upgrade (see the "Upsell" section below).

3. If you have an account but no project yet

If you're already logged in but don't have any project set up on Customerly, redeeming the code will guide you through creating a new project directly on the plan defined by the Revolut code — you don't need to set anything up manually beforehand.

4. If you're already a Customerly customer

The system automatically recognizes your existing account. Your historical data, configurations, automations, and any environments you've already set up remain unchanged and accessible — no migration or re-registration is required.

This applies even if you already have an active paid subscription on Customerly: the system will calculate the difference between your current plan and the one covered by the Revolut code, and apply it as an upgrade or downgrade on your existing subscription — no need to cancel anything or start over.

5. If you were a former subscriber (expired or cancelled subscription)

You can redeem the code as usual by logging in with the same account you used before. The Revolut benefit will reactivate your subscription on the plan of your choice, keeping the historical data already present on your account.

Upgrading and downgrading with the Revolut code

The Revolut code also lets you change plans at any time, either up or down, while keeping the same account:

  • Upgrade (e.g., from Core to Ultimate): the new plan is applied immediately, keeping the Revolut discount proportional to the new plan level.

  • Downgrade (e.g., from Ultimate to Core): you can move to a lower plan at any time; your data, configurations, and environments remain accessible after the downgrade.

  • If your subscription was previously cancelled, you can still perform the update: the system will recognize your existing account and apply the new plan without requiring you to create a new one.

You'll never need to recreate your account to change plans — everything happens on your existing account.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the subscription activated with the Revolut code at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Cancelling doesn't delete your project: it moves your account into a paused state. Your data, configurations, and environments stay in place and become accessible again if you reactivate a subscription in the future.

  • If you try to cancel a subscription that has already been cancelled, nothing harmful happens: the action is simply confirmed as already completed, with no errors or duplicate cancellations.

  • If you're requesting a cancellation at the same time as a plan change (upgrade/downgrade) is in progress, we recommend waiting for that operation to complete before proceeding, to avoid inconsistent intermediate states on your account.

Buying add-ons or upgrading after redemption

After redeeming the Revolut code, you can at any time:

  • purchase an additional add-on,

  • upgrade to a paid higher-tier plan.

In these cases — and only in these cases — you'll be asked to enter a payment method. The Revolut benefit will continue to apply as a proportional discount on the portion of the plan covered by the promotion, while the additional amount for the add-on or upgrade will be charged separately.

💳 Note on payment methods: during the redemption process itself, you will never be asked for a card or payment method. You'll only be asked to provide one if you voluntarily choose to purchase something in addition to the benefit (e.g., a paid add-on or upgrade).
