Importing an audience from a CSV file into Customerly is a simple process, but the time it takes can vary depending on the size of the file and the number of contacts you're importing.
For small files with a few hundred contacts, the import process is usually quite fast and can be completed in a few minutes.
For larger files with thousands of contacts, it might take a bit longer.
Once you start the import process, our system will begin the download and prepare the document for you. You'll receive an email notification once the import is complete.
