Our plans are priced per seat per month so you only pay for what your team actually needs.

You can choose to be billed monthly or annually (with annual billing, you get 2 months free).

👥 Seats, Interactions & AI Conversations

  • Seats: One seat = one teammate. Each teammate has their own login and can switch between projects without logging out. Pricing is per seat per month.

  • AI Conversations: AI‑powered responses included in your plan never expire — you can use them anytime and purchase more at any point during your billing period. Additional usage is billed at €0.45 per conversation, regardless of the conversation length or number of actions performed by AI.

  • Interactions: Every customer contact — such as a replied‑to conversation, an email sent, or a survey response received — counts toward your monthly total.

    Interactions reset every month, giving you a fresh allowance each billing cycle. They cannot be carried over to the next month.

  • AI Companion (optional add‑on): The AI Companion is your teammate’s personal AI assistant, designed to speed up their work, answer questions, draft responses, automate tasks, and deliver insights. On average, it saves the equivalent of a full week of work every month per teammate. Available for €19/mo per seat.

💰 Extra Interactions Pricing

You can purchase additional interactions in two ways:

  1. Pre‑purchased – Buy them in advance at the lowest rate.

  2. On‑demand – Pay as you go when you exceed your limit (20% higher than pre‑purchased rates).

⏳ Billing & Free Trial

  • 14-day free trial on all plans.

  • Monthly or Yearly billing (save 2 months/year with annual payment).

  • Your billing date starts after your trial ends.

  • Failed payments are retried at 1, 7, 13, and 14 days. After 14 days without payment, your account becomes inactive.

💱 Currencies

We support both USD and EUR pricing.

  • The currency applied depends on your company’s billing country.

  • European companies are billed in EUR.

  • Non-European companies are billed in USD.

💰 VAT (Value Added Tax)

For customers in Europe:

  • VAT is applied if you do not provide a valid VIES VAT ID.

  • If your VAT number fails the VIES validation check, we must charge VAT according to your country’s rate.

  • Customers outside of Europe are not charged VAT.

💡 You can check if your VAT number is valid using the official VIES VAT validation tool.
