Assigning a chat or email to one of your created teams or a teammate is one of the small but important automated parts of marketing automation.
When you choose who or which team you want to assign the email or chat replies to, it will automatically assign replies from your customers to the inbox.
You can assign replies in Chat triggers and Emails.
How can I assign replies in Emails and Chat triggers?
Once you are in the settings of your email campaign, move the toggle to the right near "Assign replies" and select a team member who will receive them or a team that will be assigned with the replies.
The same goes for the Chat triggers. Once you are in the settings, move the toggle to the right and select a teammate or a team from the drop-down menu.
