How to assign or delete a tag with the funnel

Tags are a great tool for email marketing. You have a few options in Customerly how you want to assign a tag to your leads or users:

  • API
  • Manually
  • With the funnel

    We are going to discuss here the last option on the list - how to assign or delete a tag with the funnel.
    Here are the steps you need to do when you assign a tag:

    1. Go to the Funnels tab on the left
    2. Click on "Create new" blue button
    3. Use "I'm creative" template


    4. Select and audience and filter it

    5. After you selected contact type and filtered it, click on "Assign a tag"
    6. Give it an internal name and type in a tag into the field or select an existing one
    8. Once you have completed your funnel, continue by clicking on the top right button. From this page, insert an internal name for your funnel.
    If you want to run your funnel continuously, then click on All Week. Otherwise, limit it to specific days. When you are ready, save as draft or publish it.

    Here is how you can delete tags in a bulk with your funnel:

    1. Go to the Funnels tab on the left
    2. Click on "Create new" blue button
    3. Use "I'm creative" template
    4. Select and audience and filter it
    5. After you selected contact type and filtered it, click on "Remove a tag"
