The overview of a conversation box and previous conversations with a selected contact

The Customerly conversation box gives you a possibility to be flexible: switch between your teams, team members, add new information to a selected contact, delete it, search for your contacts, check your closed/open conversations, and many more.

If you want to check the previous conversations with a selected contact, follow these steps:

1. Open the conversation box

2. Select a client you want to check the previous conversations with
3. Click on Conversations under User details
